The Brava Towers apartment complex is located in Tulum in the prestigious Aldea Zama district. The facility was commissioned in 2021 and is located in a quiet part of the estate, away from traffic and noise. We offer an apartment consisting of a living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a balcony with a total area of 58 m2. It is located on the 2nd floor of a 3-story building. The balcony is situated on the eastern side, overlooking the green areas of the district, and there are no visible buildings opposite. The facility has an elevator, 24-hour security and free parking for guests. The apartment has a large double bed in the bedroom and a double convertible sofa in the living room, which allows you to stay for 1 to a maximum of 4 people. Large sliding doors and sliding mosquito nets lead from the lounge to the balcony. The apartment is fully equipped for living.

induction hob, microwave oven, blender, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, cutlery, pots and kitchen utensils for 4 people, hair dryer, iron. Both rooms have air conditioners and ceiling fans. The apartment is equipped with fast Wi-Fi and two Smart TVs. On the roof of the building there is a large two-part swimming pool connected by a water tunnel, a sun terrace with sun loungers and a bar, chairs, tables, toilets, and showers. There is also a gym, TV room and meeting room for larger groups.
Pets are allowed. Smoking is possible on the balcony and in the open areas of the facility.

If you are looking for a local atmosphere at a reasonable price in Tulum then Casa Colibri in Villas Tulum is made for you. It is a very good choice for families with children and diving groups. Freshly renovated, fully equipped and functional house with a total area of 70 m2. The patio behind the building allows you to efficiently store, for example, bicycles, and dry clothes, sports and diving equipment. The fenced area in front of the house can be used as a parking lot for a car, scooter, quads or a place for dining, barbecuing, relaxing. A peaceful, safe enclave in the heart of the popular tourist resort of Tulum. The facility has a great location. It is located in a neighborhood of Mexican low-rise single-family houses called Villas Tulum. All streets around are illuminated. The city center is an 8-minute walk. In the immediate vicinity (max. 5 minutes on foot) there are supermarkets Super Aki, Chedraui, Bodega Aurrera.
